University of Utah Press Meeting for Book Publication
In June, I met with the Unit of Utah Press team on the Salt Lake City campus to review my memoir’s publication schedule. It is listed first in the Press’s fall catalog and will be out the Oct. 7. We also recognized the Press’s 75th anniversary.

I met with the Bethesda chapter of the AAUW, April 2024. I shared what I have learned about writing a memoir, being honest with the good and the bad, showing vulnerabilities, and bringing readers into the stories. I drew examples from watching my father’s political and religious leadership as I grew up.
